Mr. Shipley has devoted his life to the service of others. He has served his community as an emergency medical technician (EMT), a volunteer firefighter, a US Army soldier, a FBI agent and now as an attorney.

While serving as a FBI agent for 14 years, Mr. Shipley investigated violations of both state and federal crimes. Mr. Shipley has testified in both state and federal court and is intimately familiar with the judicial process. Mr. Shipley’s skills as an investigator and negotiator give him a strong advantage in resolving legal issues in and out of the courtroom. He has worked with judges, prosecuting attorneys, Assistant United States Attorneys, defense attorneys and law enforcement at the local, state and federal level.

While in law school, Mr. Shipley clerked for a law firm located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Shipley gained valuable experience in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense and DUI defense. Mr. Shipley worked on a complex federal case involving the defense of a person accused of trafficking cocaine. Mr. Shipley has reviewed numerous police DUI video recordings to find inaccuracies and obtain positive results for the clients.

Mr. Shipley graduated from Lincoln Memorial University, Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee.
